Opening Ceremonies: Friday, August 28, 2026, 6:30 pm at North Valley Fields

Opening Day: Saturday, August 29, 2026

The season runs from Saturday, August 29 - Saturday, November 7, 2026. Regional playoffs for teams that qualify in divisions 10U-14U will be held November 14-15, 2026. There will be NO GAMES September 5 and September 12.

PROGRAM INCLUDES: 9 Saturday games + practices (only divisions U7-U19) during the week. Uniforms: Shorts, Shirt and Socks. Picture, Trophy, Yearbook, Snack after each game, and lots of soccer fun.

* The U5 Jamboree will be Saturdays only. NO practices during the week.

* Division U6 will be Saturdays only - 20 min practice + 30 min game. NO practices during the week.

* Divisions UB16, UG16, UB19 and UG19 will be participating in Area play. Games will be held every SUNDAY beginning August 16, 2026 through October 31, 2026. Most games will be held at North Valley, however some travel may be necessary. Teams that advance out of Area playoffs will go to Section 10 playoffs, which will be held in Bakersfield on November 7-8, 2026.

Ages & Divisions

Your child’s birth date determines the division he/she will play in. The following are the cutoffs for each division.

5 and Under (U5) - August 1, 2021 - July 31, 2022
6 and Under (U6) - August 1, 2020 - July 31, 2021
7 and Under (U7) - August 1, 2019 - July 31, 2020
8 and Under (U8) - August 1, 2018 - July 31, 2019
10 and Under (U10) - August 1, 2016 - July 31, 2018
12 and Under (U12) - August 1, 2014 - July 31, 2016
14 and Under (U14) - August 1, 2012 - July 31, 2014
16 and Under (U16) - August 1, 2010 - July 31, 2012
19 and Under (U19) - August 1, 2007 - July 31, 2010

Fees

$230 per player until 5/31/26 ($10 sibling discount applies)

$280 per player if registering after 6/1/26 (No sibling discount and no guarantee of team placement)

LATE REGISTRATION: AYSO Region 174 provides for Open Registration. Registration will close May 31, 2026. Beginning on June 1, 2026, registration is considered late. Late registration will be accepted. However, late registrants will be placed on a waiting list in the appropriate age division. Our goal is to provide a positive and rewarding soccer experience to each and every participant. If additional players are identified, they may be added to the program from the waiting list in a manner consistent with preserving balance in the affected division(s).

To find out if there is availability for your child’s age group, please visit: www.ayso174.org, login and enter your child’s name, birth date and gender. If no availability, then your child will be placed on a waiting list upon completing the online registration process. There is no charge for being placed on the waiting list; if a spot opens up for your child you will be notified via email to log in and submit your registration fee as soon as possible.

Refund Policy

Refund requests shall be directed to the Regional Registrar via email or in writing to the Regional mailbox.

A refund will be processed, less the $25 National Annual Player Fee, for those requests made prior to July 31, 2026. NO REFUNDS will be issued after this date.

Processing of refunds may take 6 to 8 weeks.
